2008 - Consolidation of team and services portfolio for Ensight Management Consulting Date: 2009-03-12
The main achievements of Ensight Management Consulting for 2008
comprised of consolidating its team and service portfolio. Ensight
continued to maintain its position as leader of the local consulting
market through the currently covered competence areas and its extended
service offerings, showing for 2008 an accelerated growth of the
revenue, number of projects and clients.
The 2008 growth was
driven by a development in client and project portfolio, as well as by
the reorganisation of the consulting service offering in five
competences: Strategy, Operations, Finance, People and Technology.
Ensight aims to provide its clients with end-to-end solutions for
business transformation through developing its service portfolio and
the competences supporting it.
Because we understood
the current context and evolution of the local and global economy,
Ensight sought to anticipate its clients’ needs by adjusting its
service offering to the imperative requirements of an extremely
volatile economic and business environment. We understand the forces
that require companies to react promptly to external changes, as well
as to develop internal capabilities of imbiding and capitalizing on
these changes. 2008’s main projects comprised of complex transformation
assignments of leading companies within their industries: financial
services, energy & utilities, oil &gas.
Since its
establishment in 2000 and up until now, Ensight has conducted 430
consulting assignments streaching over more than 200.000 consulting
hours and has served 165 clients in industries such as: financial
services, insurance, energy & utilities, oil & gas,
manufacturing, retail, telco, IT&C, professional services, media
& advertising, transportation & logistics, etc.
Currently, the Ensight
team consists of 70 professionals (50 internal consultants, 10
associate consultants and 10 support employees). International and
local consultants, with skills in strategic, tactical and operational
consulting, have joined Ensight in 2008, bringing along experience in
major projects in industries such as: financial services, energy &
utilities, oil& gas, retail, distribution and logistics,
