ABOUT CCE-R
The Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Romania (Camera de Comert Elvetia - Romania) is the local representative for Romania of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Central Europe (SEC) and a member of SwissCham (Association of Swiss Foreign Trade Chambers), both based in Zürich, Switzerland. The Chamber has been legally set up as a Romanian Association in December 2000 and has been active since then.
Our current members include the first Swiss investors like Holcim, ABB, Ringier, Swisspor, Edipresse AS, Helvetica Profarm, Nestlé, as well as the major commercial Swiss companies represented in Romania like SGS, Schindler, Swiss International Air Lines, etc. Various fields of activity are covered by our members: concrete industry, food and beverages, medicine, press, air transport, agriculture, energy etc.
Membership is open to any registered entity interested in the relationship between Switzerland and Romania and sharing the objectives and goals of the Chamber.
