Audiconsult offers the full range of services of an accounting and auditing firm. Our areas of specialization and expertise in Romania are:
- Full support and advice for start-ups and incoming foreign investors;
- Reporting and conversion of financial statements and financial results for Group and foreign management information, including restatement according to IFRS, Swiss GAAP or US GAAP;
- Ensure compliance of statutory and fiscal accounts with Romanian regulations, including tax advice.
- Qualified auditor for Romanian or international audits.
Audiconsult was founded in 1999 by its present senior partner.
Its team of professionals is fully qualified and experienced in its fields of competences, both in the Romanian and international environments, with each member having several years of practice.
We are associated with Audiconsult SA,
Geneva , member of Chambre Fiduciaire Suisse and of Russell Bedford International.
We are full members of CECCAR, Camera Auditorilor Financiari din
Romania and Camera Consultantilor Fiscali.
Our current customers include Sony (Japan), Ansaldo (Italy), Rhodia (France), Covidien (USA), SCA (Sweden), INA/ Marionnaud (France), Energie Comfort (Austria) and others. We have been working for projects and financing from IMF, IFC, EBRD or EU and have good experience with non-governmental and charitable organisations as well.
We are a founding member of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland-Romania. We cooperate with the Embassy of Switzerland and with the Swiss Development and Cooperation Office on economical projects and on charitable works (Terre des Hommes), as well as with various Swiss agencies.
We advised and supported for their Romanian projects a number of Swiss companies, including Alimenta (Geneva), Edipresse (Lausanne), Franke (Aarau), Jungbunzlauer (Basel), Reitzel (Aigle), SGS (Geneva).
