Business Game with Horváth & Partners Management Consulting

Horváth & Partners Management Consulting and the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Romania will organize the Balanced Scorecard Business Game BSC Live! The speakers Aura Cadis, Senior Project Manager and Aniko Somodi, Managing Consultant will lead the game.
 
The event will take place at the JW Marriott Grand Hotel Bucharest, Foyer Salon A, on February 15, 2012, 17:00 - 20:00. It will be followed by a cocktail offered by Horváth & Partners and CCE-R.

Two teams of maximum 10 persons will be formed so the number of participants shall be limited to 20. There is no participation fee.

A successful company’s management not only develops a market oriented strategy but also implements it.

BSC will help you to transpose strategies into objectives and action targeted measures. It will connect the financial and non-financial aspects of business leading to a multiple sides evaluation of meeting objectives: from the view points of customers, processes, development potential.
BSC Live! stimulates the practice of the management activity of a company while every participant brings in his own thinking and acting pattern at a strategic level.
Participants will gain knowledge on the Balanced Scorecard concept and will be able then to assess the utility of implementing it in their owns companies.
BSC Live!® is an interactive "business game" during which one simulates the approach of a strategic and systematic management. Participants will develop strategic measures that they will afterwards implement in the management process. BSC reports will be the basis for the assessment of how objectives have been met and new targets will be set.
