The CCE-R General Assembly 2005 took place at Nestlé Romania’s head-office, in 9-9A, Bd. Dimitrie Pompei, Bucharest, at 18:00. The event was organized by the Chamber with the kind help of Nestlé Romania, its member. The Swiss Ambassador, H.E. Mr. Jean-Claude Richard and the Counsellor of the Swiss Embassy, Ms. Dominique Petter attended the meeting. The Agenda of the Assembly included the following topics: Welcome; Annual Report; Financial Report; Auditor’s Report; Discharge of the Board; Activities 2005; Budget 2005; Election of the Board; Election of the President; Accountant and Auditor; Nestlé Romania’s presentation.
