Important Changes in Renewable Energy regarding the Support System of Green Certificates (by Noerr)  
 
The Romanian Government approved in its reunion of October 12th, 2011, an emergency ordinance draft regarding the amendment and completion of Law no. 220/2008 for the establishment of the support system for the production of energy from renewable energy resources, draft expected by the investors in this field since July 2011 already, as a result of the approval by the European Commission of Romania’s plan to support the production of energy from renewable sources. For its enactment, this emergency ordinance needs to be filed with the Parliament and subsequently to that advertised in the Official Gazette.
