The management of mailing services in organizations
On Tuesday the 11th of December, on Beijing Hall located on World Trade Conference Center, DocProcess organized a seminar focused on the “Management of mailing services in organizations”. Representatives of private companies activating in several fields as: energy, utilities, retail, banking, took part in the seminar, as well as representatives of central administrative services. Challenges an organization can face in receiving, routing and tracking paper documents where outlined by the organizers. Some possibilities of improving and modernizing the paper documents management where presented as well as a model of an application for registering and tracking paper documents within organizations.
 
Round-table organized on the topic of the Law No. 260/2007 on the registration ofcommercial operations through electronic means
On Thursday 22nd November 2007, representatives of several companies took part in the round-table organized by DocProcess at the Lafarge Romanian Headquarters. Varujan Pambuccian, Deputy and President of the IT&C Commission of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies was invited to answer to the questions of the participants. The debate was focused on the content of the new law and the possibilities to implementi t in order to adopt the electronic invoicing by the Romanian companies. As an outcome of the working session, the guests together with Mr. Pambuccian decided to organize support actions for the writing on the norms andregulations of this law by the National Regulatory Authority for Communications and Information Technology.
 
Supplier invoice processing automation
Tuesday, October 16th 2007, on Beijing Hall located at the Conferences Center's ground floor of World Trade Center Bucharest DocProcess organized a seminar – breakfast, on the invoice automation theme within account payable process, exemplifying on an integrated technical platform. The main topics where the new laws regarding the use of the electronic documents as support for the commercial transactions, the presentation of the generic process of supplier invoice treatment and modeling alternatives and the organization of an automation project for supplier invoice processing. An example of scanning and indexing supplier invoices was presented using a demo platform. The working meeting was closed by a Q/A session.
