Informal meeting on Swiss non-reimbursable funds

The Chamber of Commerce Switzerland – Romania organized an informal meeting at K+K Hotel Elisabeta, a CCE-R member, on Sept. 23rd, 2010, 19:00. K+K Hotel Elisabeta is situated behind the Ministry of Agriculture on 26, Slanic Str., Bucharest. 
 
The main topic of discussion was the accession of non-reimbursable Swiss funds. On Sept. 7, 2010, Romania and Switzerland have signed the bilateral agreement for non-reimbursable Swiss funds in value of 181 mil. CHF.  
 
Mr. Simon Geissbuehler, Counsellor of the Swiss Embassy and Mr. Thomas Stauffer, Head of the Swiss Contribution Office have made an informal presentation on this matter and indicated that one can find further information (incl. the complete Framework Agreement) at http://www.erweiterungsbeitrag.admin.ch/en/Home/Countries/Romania.
