Romanian – Swiss Multimedia Institute - National Conference on IT Security Date: 2010-07-13

H.E. Mr. Livio Huerzeler, the Swiss Ambassador in Romania
 
The National Conference entitled "Patterns and approach schemes in fighting against IT crime and in digital investigation” has been organized by the Ministry of Justice, in partnership with the National Institute of Magistrature and in collaboration with the Romanian – Swiss Multimedia Institute, ILCE (The Institute for Fight against Economic Crime, Neuchatel, Elveţia) and Haute Ecole de Gestion (ARC), with the support of the Romanian Foreign Affairs Ministry.
 
The conference took place at the National Institute of Magistrature HQ (Bucharest, 53, Bd. Regina Elisabeta), on July 13-14, 2010.
 
In the opening of the event, the Ministry of Justice and the Romanian – Swiss Multimedia Institute have signed a cooperation agreement for preparing and developing training projects.
 
H.E. Mr. Livio Huerzeler, the Swiss Ambassador in Romania, participated in the conference and spoke about the agreement to be signed by Romania and Switzerland in August 2010 on cohesion funds dedicated also to the security as one of the top destination fields of the respective funds.
