Established in 1991, ROMINKO S.A. Bucharest is a part of Sands Holding AG - privately held pan-European marketing and trading group with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. The group’s activities include the supply, distribution and marketing of raw materials and finished products throughout Europe.
With wholly owned subsidiaries in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ukraine, Yugoslavia and the Czech Republic, our long term presence in these countries has allowed us to operate successfully both in Europe's established and emerging markets.
A strategic refocusing of operations throughout the 1991’s has moved the SANDS group to new growth sectors in chemicals, plastics, paper and glass industries.
Today ROMINKO S.A. operates in the following business lines: Chemicals (Industrial, Household, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Food & Beverage), Metals (Non-ferrous, Iron & Steel), Plastics, Paper, Glass, Ceramics, Technology & Equipment.
