CCE-R and Mattig Management Partners with the kind help of Holcim (Romania) organised the seminar Accession of EU non-reimbursable funds – improving the chance of success on Thursday, November 4, 2010, 17:00. The seminar took place at Holcim HQ (169A, Calea Floreasca, Building B, 7th floor, Room Tango).

Most of companies seize the opportunity of accessing EU funds, but few of them are able to conclude contracts with competent authorities, and even fewer succeed in implementing their approved projects. While the total value of the signed projects represents 72% of the fund allocation for 2007 – 2010, the total value of disbursements is only 13% of that amount. Proper information, assessment of company’s capabilities to meet the admission criteria and submit eligible projects, are key factors of success during 2011 – 2013 period of availability of approved EU funds.
