CCE-R services for companies in Switzerland
 
1. Request analysis; report; tour offer
CCE-R receives a request from a Swiss importer looking for Romanian partners (exporters, sub-contractors, and any other kind of partnership). The request may come directly from the respective company, through SIPPO, osec, the Swiss Embassy in Romania or any other source and should contain the exact description of the Swiss company’s activity and the keen profile of the ideal Romanian partner.
CCE-R makes a research:
- finds possible partner companies using data bases such as: Kompass, Yellow Pages, professional associations’ data bases, Internet search engines, Trade   Register, offers received at the Chamber’s office;
- selects companies having e-mail address and website (the last one is not, however, a must);
- checks them on the phone: Does the company really act in the related field of activity? Would it be interested in a partnership with the Swiss company? etc.
- visits the most suitable companies;
- makes a report and sends it to the Swiss company accompanied by a tour offer.
 
2. Visit of the Swiss delegation to Romania
Welcome by CCE-R at the airport (minibus with driver organised)
Tour proposal:
- itinerary and visit programme that includes all the potential partners found in Romania: meetings arranged by CCE-R, translation and guiding services offered;
- accommodation arranged by CCE-R;
- meals (restaurants recommended by CCE-R).
 
3. Follow-up
If the case may be, CCE-R could continue to support the Swiss company in its activities in Romania.
