Iulia LASCĂU

Iulia Lascău is known for her entrepreneurial leadership and international experience in corporate governance and auditing. Since 2006, she has managed Argus Audit in Bucharest, leading a team of financial service experts affiliated to BKR International. Iulia and Argus Audit are authorized member of Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors, Romanian Chamber of Expert Accountants and Romanian Chamber of Tax Advisors.

Iulia has an extensive experience in audit of international companies and also not-for-profit organizations.

As Chair of the EMEA Board at BKR International, Iulia plays a crucial role in enhancing the association through strategic leadership. She is also the founding member and Chair of the Association of Professionals in Sustainability in Romania, where she unites experts to advance sustainable business practices. Additionally, Iulia serves as Vice Chair of the Independent Directors Association and mentors emerging leaders through the Professional Women's Network Romania.

Her pursuit of continuous learning, highlighted by her Master of Arts in Boards Practice and Directorship and an Executive MBA, exemplifies her commitment to blending strategic leadership with a focus on governance and sustainability.
