Event Description

Dear Members,

You are kindly invited to the Annual General Assembly of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland – Romania to take place at the Swiss House (21, Plantelor Str., Bucharest) on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, between 17:00 - 18:00.

The following documents of the Assembly are attached below:

- Agenda of the CCE-R General Assembly 2020,

- Minutes of the CCE-R General Assembly 2019,

- Proposals to amend the CCE-R Incorporation Act,

- CCE-R Financials for 2019,

- CCE-R Budget 2020,

- POA for vote.

Should you have proposals regarding the topics to be discussed during the meeting, we would be very pleased to receive them by June 20, 2020.

Our Chamber cannot hold the GA online as this is not stipulated in its Incorporation Act. This is why we have eventually decided to postpone the GA till a date when we can meet. As some meeting restrictions will probably be still in place at that date, we will follow the legal procedure of the vote through a PoA. You are kindly invited to send us the attached PoA filled in and signed by you, via e-mail and then in original. The GA will be held with a number of members present in Bucharest at that time (10 - 15 persons), observing the distancing rules. If the meeting restrictions are eliminated/limited, the members will be able to come personally to the event and the GA will take place as usually.

Vă invităm să luați parte la Adunarea Generală a Camerei de Comerț Elveția – România care va avea loc la Casa Elvețiană (str. Plantelor, nr. 21, București), marti, pe data de 30 iunie 2020, intre orele 17:00 - 18:00.

Urmatoarele documente ale Adunării Generale sunt atasate dedesubt:

- Agenda Adunării Generale 2020,

- Procesul Verbal al Adunării Generale 2019,

- Propuneri de modificare a Statutului CCE-R,

- Raportul financiar al CCE-R pt. 2019,

- Bugetul CCE-R pt. 2020,

- Imputernicire pentru vot.

Dacă aveți propuneri privind subiectele de discutat, vă rugăm să ni le trimiteți până la data de 20 iunie 2020.

Camera noastra nu poate organiza inca AG online deoarece acest lucru nu este stipulat in Statut. De aceea, am hotarat sa amanam AG pana la o data la care sa ne putem intalni. Intrucat, la acea data, anumite restrictii de intalnire vor mai exista probabil, vom urma procedura legala a votului prin împuternicire semnată de directorul general. Va rugam sa binevoiti a ne trimite formularul de imputernicire atasat, completat si semnat de dvs., mai intai pe e-mail si apoi in original. AG se va tine cu un numar de membri prezenti in Bucuresti, la acea data (10 - 15 persoane), respectand regulile de distantare sociala. In cazul în care, restricțiile privind întâlnirile vor fi excluse/limitate, membrii se vor putea prezenta personal la eveniment, urmând ca Adunarea Generală să se desfășoare în condiții normale.
