CCE-R General Assembly 2024

Stimați Membri,

Vă invităm să luați parte la Adunarea Generală a Camerei de Comerț Elveția – România  luni, 15 aprilie 2024, între orele 18:00 - 20:00. Ne bucurăm de participarea dvs. prin prezenta personală la Casa Elvețiană (str. Plantelor nr. 21, București).

Vă informăm că dl. Florin GODEAN, având funcția de membru în Consiliul Director și de Președinte al CCE-R, se va retrage din Consiliul Director al CCE-R. Candidaturile pentru membrii Consiliului Director 2024 și locul rămas vacant trebuie trimise până la data de 20.03.2024.

Detalii organizatorice:

În cazul în care nu puteți participa la AG fizic, aveți posibilitatea să utilizați Buletinul de vot (anexat prezentei, mai jos).  Pentru a fi considerat valabil votul prin corespondență,  formularul de buletin de vot trebuie:

• să fie transmis completat, semnat și ștampilat la avocatul CCE-R: Epure&Lohmann SCA adresa str. Ion Ghica,  nr. 4, et. 3, sector 3, cod 030046 Bucuresti / Romania, în original, în plic închis cu mențiunea scrisă în clar și cu majuscule: «PENTRU ADUNAREA GENERALĂ din 15.04.2024» până la data 14.04.2024, ora 18:00 sau
• în cazul votului prin corespondență electronică, formularele de vot prin corespondență trebuie să fie însoțite de copiile actelor de identitate ale acestora. Votul prin corespondență nu se poate exercita prin împuternicit sii trebuie sa fie transmis pe adresa de e-mail alexandra.epure@anwaltskanzlei.ro, până la data 14.04.2024, ora 18:00, cu semnătură electronică extinsă.

Dacă votul fizic nu este exercitat de către reprezentantul legal al membrului CCE-R, va fi necesar să  transmiteți o împuternicire privind votul (anexată prezentei), pe care să o transmiteți la sediul CCE-R sau să o depuneți în cadrul adunării generale.

Dear Members,

We kindly invite you to the Annual General Assembly of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland – Romania Monday, April 15, 2024, between 18:00 and 20:00. We will gladly welcome you in person at the Swiss House (Str. Plantelor no. 21, Bucharest).

You can consult the 2024 General Assembly Agenda on the CCE-R website.

We inform you that Mr. Florin GODEAN, having the position of CCE-R Board Member and CCE-R President, has stepped out from the CCE-R Board of Directors. The applications for the members of the Board of Directors 2024 and the vacant place should be sent until 20.03.2024.

Details of organization:

In case you cannot attend the GA physically, you have the possibility to use the below attached vote ticket (annex below). For postal voting to be considered valid, the vote ticket shall:

• to be sent completed, signed and stamped to the CCE-R Lawyer: Epure&Lohmann SCA adresa str. Ion Ghica,  nr. 4, et. 3, sector 3, cod 030046 Bucuresti / Romania in the original, in a sealed envelope with the mention written clearly and in capital letters: "FOR THE GENERAL MEETING OF 15.04.2024» until 14.04.2024, 6 p.m. or
• In the case of electronicaly postal voting, postal voting forms must be accompanied by copies of their identity documents. Voting by mail cannot be exercised by proxy; the vote ticket is sent electronically to the e-mail address: alexandra.epure@anwaltskanzlei.ro by the same date and time 14.04.2024, 6 p.m., bearing an extended electonic signature.

If the vote is not given by the legal representative of the CCE-R member company, it is necessary that you should send or bring in original the PoA (annex below) for vote attached below to the CCE-R office.
