The green building market is growing steadily in Romania, with almost 200 certifications awarded in the last year alone. On September 25th, the Romanian Green Building Council is partnering with our member, SGS and thinkstep to take a deep dive into the benefits of green buildings for different stakeholders. Join them during World Green Building Week and learn how green buildings are applicable to your organisation.  
 
Speakers will be 

Dimitris Pergamalis, Head of Construction and Development at Globalworth, the largest office property owner and developer in Romania with a combined portfolio of 2.5 billion euro,

Dr. Dorin Beu, President of the Romanian Green Building Council,

and representatives from the International Finance Corporation, SGS and thinkstep.

More speakers will be confirmed in the next few weeks. 
 
Participants can expect to learn about:

• How developers use green building certification to secure better loan rates,

• What investors are looking for when financing green investments,

• The benefits of greening an entire portfolio of buildings,

• Net zero carbon is the next frontier of green buildings,
