On Wednesday, June 16, 2021, starting 17:00, the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland-Romania invites you to an event dedicated to organizations and their path towards finding the best solutions to face the current challenges:
Supporting organizations to transform in order to address the challenges of the 21st century
The event will take place at the Swiss House (21, Plantelor str., Bucharest).
Cristian Matei is a Senior Leadership Advisor, Coach and Consultant, as well as Owner at Advanced Thinking Switzerland GmbH, our new member company. He will be our speaker throughout this entire event and will guide our steps towards finding the answers we are looking for when it comes to responding to issues we face at work daily.
With a Ph.D. in Organizational Architecture Re-engineering & Business Transformation and a double Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification with Six Sigma Academy and Alstom, Cristian is a key-note speaker with over 100 international events and mentor at the ETH Zurich University.
Each participant will receive a copy of the "DARE!", a book co-authored by Cristian and the real story which describes the Veolia - Apa Nova Project awarded with the Best Business Transformation Project in the World in 2019, which became Amazon #1 Best Seller for Business Process Reengineering, Change Management and Project Management.
Why another book about business transformation? The answer is simple: because it is needed. We have seen business transformation projects fail, and being abandoned and forgotten by those who initiated them. In some business communities, these projects are perceived as an “inevitable evil”. Therefore, many organizations seem to oppose, avoid or at least try to delay it. In reality, this “inevitable evil” paradigm is just a misconception. Understanding how to use business transformation as a strategic tool is more powerful than any fear of change. And it pays off. The short description of the book is here. A synthesis of it is available here.

The very interesting presentation made during the event is uploaded here.
