The new normal, with the hybrid working system and with the virtual relationship model, is here to stay. Whether we talk about a different way of leading our teams, or of building new business with our customers and our vendors, most of what we’ve been used to do needs to be readjusted. And this is neither easy nor comfortable. 

What we do depends heavily on what we believe is important and on what we’re prepared for as well. So, the question is: What do we, as leaders, need in order to continue to be successful in the new normal? Do we need to acquire new skills, change our mindset, review the blueprint of the past so that we approach things differently?
