Artemis Real Estate Romania is part of the ARTEMIS GROUP, which includes the Franke Group, the Real Estate Group, the Feintool Group and the Asset Management Group. Since 2009, Artemis Real Estate Romania has continuously invested in Timis county and owns more than 170 ha of land through 6 different Real Estate projects: Sanandrei Industrial Park, Banat Business Park, Airport Industrial Park, Dudesti Industrial Park, Giarmata Industrial Park and, since 2019, the residential project “Gloriei” close to the city center of Timisoara.

Artemis is the biggest industrial developer in Western Romania. In 2015, we began to develop Sanandrei Industrial Park, where we built industrial facilities personalized for clients coming from different industries. In 2016, we continued with the infrastructure of Banat Business Park on 40 Ha, as well as with industrial developments.

At the beginning of 2020, we launched an architects’ competition for the residential project “Gloriei”, We will also develop a modern mixed residential and commercial project in the coming years.
