Artemis, a Swiss developer with several logistics spaces in Romania, is building a 10,000 sqm building near Timișoara, with an investment of 10 million euros. The fourth building will be fully occupied by Mondo Style, manufacturer of PVC and aluminum windows with double glazing.

The Swiss real estate developer Artemis, which has consolidated a portfolio with several logistics properties in Romania, has started the construction works for its fourth building with the same profile in Sândrei Industrial Park, near Timișoara. 

"The investment in Artemis 4 is 10 million euros, and the entire building will have an area of 10,000 square meters. Construction began on November 1st, 2022 and will be ready next summer. The entire building will be used for production activities. The construction is handled by SSAB AG (an entrepreneurial company from Bacău - n. ed.), with whom we also collaborated for the other buildings in the industrial park", says Dr. Adriana Cioca, managing director of Artemis Romania.

The fourth building will thus be fully occupied by Mondo Style company, manufacturer of PVC and aluminum windows with double glazing. The company already has a factory, located in Timișoara, but the land on which it is located was bought, three and a half years ago, by Artemis in order to develop a residential project. Basically, this rental in Sânandrei represents a relocation and will take place in August 2023. Mondo Style activity started in 1994, in a garage. Since then, the company has moved four times, with this to be its fifth relocation.
