About Dr. Adriana Cioca
Board Member in Switzerland-Romania Chamber of Commerce since 2021. Main Responsibilities in the Chamber: Head of Investment & Real Estate working Group, as well as responsible person for Timisoara local Swiss community.
Dr. Adriana Cioca has an extensive experience working for family and non-family businesses, dealing with national and international projects in FMCG, Real Estate, Aviation and Agriculture. Her core competences are in company strategy definition & development, expert in negotiations, sustainable investments, risk diagnose, leadership.
Dr. Adriana Cioca received her MD degree at Bucharest University and MBA degree at WU Executive Academy, Vienna. She carried out her doctoral studies within Doctoral School, Management specialization at Valahia University of Targoviste. In parallel with her managerial role, she is working on research topics with the focus on decision-making process within family businesses. Her sphere of interest extended to the following fields: sustainable investments, time reaction in decision making process, main drivers behind innovation, family business risk in all its form & family succession.
Dr. Adriana Cioca has 18 years of experience. Before joining Artemis Group, as Managing Director for Romania and Corporate Manager for international projects of the Group, she has fulfilled different managerial roles for Immofinanz Group and Tiriac Holding.
