Meet Miruna Enache, distinguished Transaction Tax Partner and CESA Tax Markets Leader at EY, now stepping forward as a candidate for the CCE-R Board of Directors 2024

She boasts a multifaceted business background with 24 years of experience across multiple sectors including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and pharmaceutical, real estate, retail, energy, IT&C and agriculture.

When asked about her envisioned contributions to CCE-R if elected, Miruna Enache responded:

“Leveraging my two decades of global experience in the tax consultancy realm, along with my intimate understanding of Eastern European markets, I intend to contribute a diverse variety of perspectives to the Romanian - Swiss Chamber of Commerce. This would instigate more comprehensive and enriched dialogues amongst members, propelling the chamber towards innovative solutions and initiatives in an increasingly global market. Additionally, I firmly believe that having served extensively in transaction tax practice, involving private equity and corporate clients, will allow me to both attract and effectively represent new members. My presence in various Romanian business associations has given me a deep comprehension of various stakeholders' interests, which I am determined to champion within the Chamber and the wider Romanian business community. My multilingual skills will further assist in the fluidity of communication amongst national and international partners.”
