Lucia unveils her goals as she considers a strategic position on the CCE-R Board of Directors:

 "I am excited about the opportunity to candidate for the role of CCE-R Board member and I believe that I can have an impact in promoting solid trade relations between Switzerland and Romania. With over 15 years of expertise in the management of commercial relations in the private sector, especially with Switzerland and the United States of America, I have gained a deep understanding of international markets and the needs of companies in various fields. I had the privilege of working in a multicultural environment and accumulated a vast expertise in strategy, commercial development and customer relations, assets that will support my activity as a member of the CCE-R Board of Directors. 

Besides these, as the CEO of a successful software company that operates predominantly on the Swiss market, I am a recognized leader for the ability to successfully navigate complex environments and bring innovation and sustainable growth. I am firmly convinced that these skills and experience will allow me to contribute significantly to the mission and objectives of the Chamber. 
I am dedicated to the sustainable and responsible development of trade relations between Switzerland and Romania, and I am determined to be actively involved in facilitating cooperation and economic exchanges between the two countries.

Inspirational leader with expertise in leading and developing international businesses in the private sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of international markets and the needs of enterprises across various fields. Lucia has been working in the software industry since 2005, and her professional experience spans general management, international business development, operations, strategic development, risk management, and organizational and procedural innovation. At mindit.io, a Romanian company specializing in AI, data analytics, and software development, Lucia joined in 2017, two years after Irina Arsene founded the company.
Lucia was just 14 years old when she told her parents that technology would change the world, and since then, she has been an active participant in one of the most revolutionary industries globally. Today, Lucia Stoicescu leads a company with offices in Switzerland, Germany, and Romania, featuring over 250 IT specialists and a portfolio of more than 50 technologies.
Under Lucia's management, mindit.io has seen exponential growth year after year. The company has expanded its operations to France and Germany, successfully strengthening its position in the Swiss market, which currently generates 65% of the business. With her expertise, Lucia has bolstered mindit.io's exposure in the banking, fintech, and foodtech sectors, developing global partnerships with companies focused on innovation through artificial intelligence and software engineering.
Lucia has not only contributed internally to the development and creation of a whole generation of leaders within mindit.io but is also an active presence on the board of the ROCA MBA (Romanian-Canadian Executive MBA), a global ambassador for the WomenTech Network, and a jury member and laureate at the Stevie Awards for Women In Business.
Lucia Stoicescu graduated with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Craiova. She then pursued a master's in databases at the University of Bucharest, and her educational journey led her further to a Romanian-Canadian Executive MBA. She is currently a student at Harvard Business School in the General Management program.
