Alexandra EPURE, LLM, presents the changes in the medical legislation, in June 2025.

Starting July 1st, the Guide of Best Practices on Advertising by Dentists comes into effect.
The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) bans pharmacies from advertising promotions on dietary supplements.
Order No. 63/2024 and the 2025 amendments concern antibiotics dispensed without prescription in emergency situations.
Law no. 232/2022 addresses accessibility for people with disabilities.
