The Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Romania has the pleasure to invite you to an interesting debate on the labour market and its future linked to the educational system output.

We will discuss the challenges that the educational system faces, the capacity of higher education institutions to respond to future labour market demands and alternative learning pathways for the new set of skills that graduates need to bring to the labour market.

CRISTIAN DASCALU, Entrepreneur, software engineer, vlogger and passionate about music. Also known as the guy who refused jobs at Google and Facebook to stay in Romania and embrace the dynamics of freelancing and entrepreneurship. Cristian will help us better understand to what extent the current educational system responds to young minds and grows them to better respond to corporate requests & entrepreneurship.

DRAGOS PASLARU, member of the European Parliament, Renew Europe Coordinator in the Committee on Labor and Social Affairs, member of the Committee on Economy and Monetary Affairs, former Minister of Labor, who will conclude our debates and approach the matter from a poly makers perspective.
