Florin Godean is stepping down from his leadership position at Adecco Romania

Florin Godean, who has been working at Adecco Romania for 19 years, is stepping down from his leadership position at the recruitment firm. He has announced that he will be joining the International Organization for Migration in Romania as a consultant.

The responsibilities previously held by Florin Godean at Adecco Romania, the second largest temporary staffing and recruitment company on the local market, will be temporarily taken over by Konstantinos Milonas, cluster head of Adecco Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania.

After 19 years with Adecco, Florin Godean, 46, has stepped down from his position as country manager to join the International Organization for Migration in Romania as a consultant. Godean stated that despite recent chaotic years with many legislative changes, he believes that they will have a beneficial effect over time. He felt the need for a change and that is why he chose to join the organization in a consulting role.

"I have contributed to improving the labor market situation for almost two decades. Despite the recent chaos, I believe that the legislative changes will have a positive impact in the long run," Godean said in an interview with ZF.
